9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Pacific Time, Monday - Saturday
Shop Owners (Wholesale):
Thank you for your interest in our products. If you have not received a catalog/order form from us, please contact us by e-mail, or U.S. Mail as listed below and we will be happy to send you one.
Terms:
We accept payment via check, money order, credit card or Net 30 with approved credit. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Minimums:
Order minimum: $25.00
Pattern minimum: 6 patterns, 3 each of any item
Needle tube minimum: 6 each of any length
Initial Orders:
Before we can ship your first order, we must have the following information:
1. Check, money order, or credit card for the total amount of the order
2. Business information (name, owner, contact person, address, etc.)
3. Tax ID or resale number
Shipping:
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week. All orders are shipped by USPS, FedEx ground or UPS ground unless otherwise specified (use of alternate shipping may require added charges).
